Use of any of the elements listed above without the written consent of Hipi Store is punishable according to the current laws.
The logo of Hipi Store is a registered trademark and benefits from the protection of current legislation.
2. Accessing information on the website
Hipi Store guarantees all users limited access, for personal interest, on the website. https://hipi.ro/en/ and does not grant them the rights to download or partially or completely modify the site, to partially or completely reproduce the site, to copy, sell/resell or exploit the site in any other way, for commercial purposes or contrary to the interests of the Senatel company without its prior written consent.
Any attempt to access another user's personal data, modify the content of the Hipi Store website, or affect the performance of the server running the site will be considered an attempt to defraud the site and will trigger a criminal investigation against those who initiated this action.
3. Limitation of liability for products and services
The products and services are offered as they come from the manufacturer and also subject to available stock. Hipi Store and its suppliers reserve the right to modify the technical specifications of the products without prior notice. Hipi Store does not assume responsibility for the product descriptions presented on the Hipi Store website, as these are identical to those provided to us by the representatives of each brand.
All products are accompanied by a warranty certificate (where applicable) issued by Hipi Store as a direct or indirect importer. The maximum amount of damages that can be paid by Hipi Store to any customer in case of non-delivery or improper delivery is the value of the amount collected by Hipi Store from that customer.
All promotions displayed and described on the website are valid only under the conditions described at the time of the promotion announcement and within the limits of available stock.
4. Limitation of liability for prices
Prices do not include delivery expenses unless expressly specified on the website. For products ordered on demand, prices may be subject to change and we reserve this right. The price of custom-ordered products may be influenced by the exchange rate or other taxes and duties. It is possible that the stock may change between the moment of placing the order and its acceptance, and for this reason, certain products may not be available. Prices are valid for two days from the date of order registration, within the limits of available stock. In the case of any product with no price (showing a zero price), it is understood that it is not for sale because it is not in the company's stock. We do not take responsibility for pricing errors that are entirely due to the technical system. In such cases, Hipi Store reserves the right to refuse to fulfill the order and deliver the product if the pricing error related to the technical system is disproportionate compared to the real price of the product. In this regard, Article 1665 paragraph 2 of the Civil Code specifies that the sale is voidable when the price is so disproportionate to the value of the good that it is evident that the parties did not intend to agree to the sale.
In certain cases, specifically for products in the category of electrical and electronic equipment (EEE), in accordance with the provisions of Government Decision 448/2005, in addition to the product price, a Green Stamp is charged. This tax does not depend on us and represents a part of the price of the electric or electronic equipment intended to cover the costs of the process of collecting and recycling EEE waste. The value of the green stamp is 0.48 RON (VAT included) for mobile phones, 0.60 RON (VAT included) for watches, bracelets, smart glasses, and 1.19 RON (VAT included) for laptops/notebooks, tablets. The value of the green stamp is paid individually for each product belonging to the aforementioned categories and is invoiced separately from the product price.

5. Limitation of liability for delivery
The delivery of products has a nationwide coverage and, therefore, it will be made anywhere in Romania. Hipi Store reserves the right to confirm orders before honoring them through online confirmation (by the customer) or by phone confirmation.
The transportation costs will be entirely covered by the customer, except in cases where promotions are displayed on the website announcing free shipping.
Hipi Store reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they cannot be fulfilled due to reasons independent of Hipi Store, which include: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, civil unrest, or other force majeure impediments, in accordance with Romanian law. Before each delivery, the customer will be contacted by the courier. If the customer is not found at the specified address during the agreed upon time frame, the courier will return once contact is reestablished with the customer. If the package is not collected at that time, the order will be canceled and the product will be returned to the Hipi Store headquarters. The customer will be responsible for the costs of a new delivery, regardless of the value of the ordered products.
6. Limitation of liability for payment
The payment for the ordered products can be made in advance, through bank transfer, or upon delivery of the products through cash on delivery. Hipi Store reserves the right to request advance payment in certain cases. Advance payment can be made via a bank transfer. Proof of payment must be sent to Hipi Store via email at the following address. contact@hipi.ro. The delivery will only be made after the money enters our account.
7. Limitation of liability for product warranties
Products purchased through this website are covered by the Hipi Store warranty or one of our partners, issued due to their quality as direct or indirect importers.
8. Return of products
The return of products is only done through the courier company.

The returned product must be in the same condition as it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels and the accompanying documents). Products with digital (virtual) delivery are not covered by warranty and cannot be returned.
Some services do not guarantee a refund of the order value if the order details are incorrect.

12. Disputes and final provisions.
Any other issue caused by the products and services presented on Hipi Store or by the information presented on this site, which is not already addressed by any article in this document, will be resolved amicably within 30 working days from the date of notification in writing by the user. If the conflict is not resolved amicably, the competence belongs to the Romanian courts, with the parties choosing the jurisdiction of the courts in Maramures county. The customer fully assumes these risks once they agree to this Customer Contract.
