PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS
Withdrawal Period - individuals is 14 calendar days.
Withdrawal Period - legal entities is 48 hours.

Please read the product return conditions carefully before completing the form
Products with digital (virtual) delivery cannot be returned.
Sanitary products cannot be returned. An exception is made for infrared thermometers.
In case of return, loyalty points cannot be returned.
In any product return situation, they must be in the same condition as when they were sent to the Customer, in the original packaging, with all accessories, with the original labels intact, and together with all accompanying documents (invoice, warranty certificate, etc.). The returned products must be in the same condition as upon receipt: without defects (except hidden defects and excluding defects already reported by the Customer in correspondence with https://hipi.ro/en/).
In accordance with the current law, https://hipi.ro/en/ reserves the right not to accept the return of products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may degrade (perishable) or deteriorate rapidly, such as lingerie products, swimsuits, socks, and opened cosmetic products, food products. On each product page, there is information regarding the possibility of return. Products that constitute a set must be returned as a set.
If an order with a gift product is returned, the customer is obligated to return the complete package; both the product and the gift in their original, undamaged, and unopened state.
You can return products within 14 calendar days from the moment they were delivered by the courier.
Please fill out the return form no later than the 14th calendar day from the delivery date, as requests after this date will not be considered.
Sending the return package is the responsibility of the customer, who must ensure that the product reaches the seller within 14 days from the date of the request; after this period, the return is no longer valid.
You can send the package with any courier service except for Romanian Post. The return of the package is the responsibility of the customer (both handing it to the courier and paying for the transport). The return address is on the invoice.
We do not assume any responsibility if a package sent to us arrives damaged, incomplete, etc.

WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IMPROPER PACKAGING BY THE CUSTOMER WHEN SENDING A PRODUCT FOR WARRANTY OR RETURN.
You need to package the product/products very well, the package must contain the invoice and the warranty certificate.
In case of returning products as well as sending them for service, we are not responsible for forgotten or lost SIM cards and SD cards inside the devices.
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO STICK THE AWB DIRECTLY ON THE PRODUCT PACKAGING, in this case the product will not be accepted for return!!!
All products you return must be in the same condition as you received them, both aesthetically and hygienically. You must return the products in the original packaging, accompanied by the original tags, intact, the warranty certificate in its original form, and all the documents with which they were delivered, as well as all the accessories or gifts received together with that product.
Also, if the delivered products were accompanied by any gifts, you must return the gifts when making the return.
If multiple products of the same kind were purchased and you are returning all of them, only one of the products can be unsealed.
Returns are not accepted if the products meet at least one of the following conditions:
- unauthorized interventions have been made on the product;
- there are traces of dust, hair, or other signs of use or hygiene-related issues
- factory-installed foils and labels have been removed
- signs of wear or excessive use;
- scratches, chipping, hits or mechanical/electrical shocks;
- not all accessories received in the package are included;
- any type of writing/note has been made on the product box;
- the product was part of a special order, a special order is one that is not part of the usual Supplier's stock but can be delivered based on a firm order and advance payment;
- the product is password protected by the customer and is sent without deleting user accounts or passwords from the device;
- products with active OEM licenses;
- they meet one of the specific conditions, depending on the type of product.
- earphones or in-ear earbuds (which may affect the health of the second user) if unsealed, otherwise a disinfection fee of 10 lei will be charged;
- vacuum cleaners or air purifiers containing filter elements cannot be returned if they have been used and the filters show dust, dirt, evidence of use provided by the appliance's life span, etc. (if the appliance is still new, the customer will only be charged for the filter elements by replacing them with new and original ones.
If you want to return a smartwatch, it is mandatory to disconnect it from your phone/tablet, delete it from the app it was synced with. Failure to comply with this condition will result in the return being refused.
In accordance with Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as amending and supplementing certain normative acts, the Client has the following rights and obligations regarding withdrawal from the distance contract concluded:
The customer has the right, before the expiration of the withdrawal period, to withdraw from the contract without having to justify the decision and without bearing any costs other than those provided for in art.13 para.(3) and art.14 of Government Emergency Ordinance No.34/2014, within 14 days from the day the physical possession of the product is taken. The return costs are borne by the customer.
The customer undertakes to return only those products that are in the same condition as they were delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels and the accompanying documents). Products that show physical alterations, hits, chips, scratches, shocks, signs of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc., will not be accepted for return.
https://hipi.ro/en/ will refund the customer the value of the product within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the customer's notification to https://hipi.ro/en/ regarding the decision to withdraw from the contract.
Dulastore.ro may postpone the refund of the product value until receiving the sold product or until receiving evidence that it has been shipped.
According to the law, the following are exempted from the right of withdrawal from the Contract:
- contracts for services, after the complete provision of services, if the execution started with the prior express consent of the Client and after confirming that the Client is aware that they will lose the right of withdrawal after the complete execution of the Contract by the Seller;
- supply of Goods and/or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the Seller cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period;
- supply of Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
- supply of Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- supply of sealed Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed by the consumer;
- supply of Goods that are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
- supply of alcoholic beverages for which the price was agreed at the time of the Contract, whose delivery cannot be made before 30 (thirty) days, and whose real value depends on market fluctuations beyond the Seller's control;
- contracts in which the Client has specifically requested the Seller to visit their home to perform urgent repair or maintenance work. If, during such a visit, the Seller provides additional services beyond those expressly requested by the consumer or supplies Goods other than spare parts essential for the maintenance or repair work, the right of withdrawal applies to those additional Services or Goods;
- supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software that have been unsealed after delivery;
- supply of newspapers, periodicals, and magazines, except for subscription contracts for the supply of such publications;
- supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the provision has begun with the express prior consent of the Client and after confirming that the Client is aware that they will lose the right of withdrawal. These limitations apply in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, article 16.
According to current legislation, any consumer can return any product purchased from the online store www.https://hipi.ro/en/ within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt without penalties and without invoking any reason. The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that they are waiving the purchase.
We recommend that the Products are returned in their original packaging (to ensure the resale of the product and to protect it during transport) and accompanied by all the documents and accessories shipped (invoice, warranty certificate, user manual). The packaging, product, and received accessories (including any gifts if applicable) must be presented both aesthetically and technically exactly as you received them. Otherwise, the return of the products cannot be made.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Packages sent cash on delivery, for the purpose of refunding the money, will not be considered.
https://hipi.ro/en/ will refund the value of the products within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment the product is returned.
If the product is returned in a condition where it can no longer be sold as new, we reserve the right to request a reduction or restoration fee (OG 34/2014, article 14, paragraph 3) if possible, or to cover the price difference resulting from selling the product as second-hand, or, at the customer's option, we will resend the product to them at their expense. Attention: any remaining parts (if possible) after restoring the product to its original condition remain the seller's property. If you wish to receive replacement parts (if possible), a quotation and a detailed offer for each part will be provided, at the prices listed. If within 72 hours of being informed about the restoration fee, the customer does not communicate whether they agree or disagree with its retention, the product will be sent back to the customer at their expense. In this case, if the customer does not wish to receive the product, it will be returned to us and stored for 6 months. After the expiration of these 6 months, the product becomes the property of https://hipi.ro/en/. The evaluation of the damaged product returned by the customer within the legal 14-day period will be done within a maximum of 7 working days. Mounted foils, damaged, broken spare parts, used accessories showing signs of use CANNOT BE RETURNED. We do not take responsibility for the installation of parts, accessories, or foils by other individuals. This clause applies according to OG 34/2014, in the case of purchasing products from this site using distance communication techniques, applying the definitions contained in OG 34/2014, article 2, letter e. The return period does not apply to partner clients (companies) or to those who have placed a special order by paying an advance or for a quantity greater than 1 piece/model. The return shipping cost is 15 lei for packages up to 4.9 kg, and 49 lei for those over 4.9 kg, and is borne by the customer. * Products ordered on special request can only be returned in case of manufacturing defects.
