We, Hipi Rox Click SRL, headquartered in Baia Mare, Matei Basarab street no. 12, with identification data CUI 46711516, registration number J24/1712/2022, we certify that the products sold by us comply with all national and international laws currently in force.

All products sold by us are original, authorized, valid for life (except for products that are on a limited time subscription), valid and legal, coming from suppliers authorized by the manufacturer and are accompanied by an invoice and warranty.

Our suppliers guarantee that all products offered by them are original, authorized, valid for life (with the exception of products that are on a limited-time subscription), valid and legal.

All digital products sold by us come with a 30-day warranty, except for those specified.

Retail Licenses
We guarantee a permanent activation. We offer a 30-day warranty for activation and assistance. These licenses are usually the cheapest products on our website, and their price reflects the features they offer.

All our products comply with all national and international laws in force, as well as with the Terms and Conditions of the manufacturers, and will not cause any harm to the end customer, as long as the end customer uses these products properly.

Hipi Rox Click SRLManufacturers and/or Authorized Partners appointed by the Manufacturers will not honor the warranty in case of defects/problems if those defects or problems were caused by the end customer.

QUALITY CERTIFICATE FOR AUTODESK PRODUCTS

We certify the conformity of the products with the appropriate standards. We certify that the products meet the purpose for which they were made and fit within the quality parameters specified in the technical documentation accompanying each product, provided that the installation, use, maintenance, repair, storage, preservation, and transportation requirements are followed.

The products comply with the legislation regarding labor protection and electrical safety standards in force in Romania and are guaranteed for manufacturing defects or hidden defects for the periods specified in the relevant legislation and the warranty conditions set out by HipiRox Click SRL.

This certificate certifies the compliance of the product with the quality and warranty conditions in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021, Government Emergency Ordinance no. 141/2021, Law no. 363/2007, Government Ordinance no. 21/1992, Government Emergency Ordinance no. 174/2008 with subsequent amendments and completions. This declaration has legal effects only if the products in question are used in accordance with their intended purpose.

ACTIVATING AND USING AUTODESK PRODUCTS

These software licenses are delivered directly by the manufacturer, they are reactivatable and transferable unlimited times (during the purchased subscription period) and use the email address of the customer account created on the manufacturer's platform.
